About myself
I am a full time Sysadmin and part time RE student. Right now I am learning all I can by analyzing real deals and chatting with actual investors. If I am able to close on something I will be thrilled, but the information is more important. Warning, please expect and be prepared to ignore horrible spelling and the kind of newbie question you only get from someone who has never lived in America or done a deal.
