Kevin is a licensed real estate salesperson, contractor, investor and property manager in Pittsburgh, PA. Originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina, he has grown to love the Pittsburgh community and everything it has to offer. He started his property management journey in 2018 after leaving West Virginia University. He then quickly found his niche for real estate investing. He currently owns his own real estate investment firm with over 200 LTRs across 6 states, over 200 successfully assigned off-market deals since 2018, general contracting company that was originally active in 7 states, and has managed well over 2,700 units in his career. Drawing on his background of nearly 6 years of property management, 7 years of investing and equally successful wholesale experience. With his network of over 300 local investors, he has managed, sold, assigned, and purchased properties all over the Pittsburgh region, from Greensburg, to Sharon, and all the way down to Charleroi.
