Great day BP members!! I am so happy and grateful for this opportunity to tell you a little about myself. I've been creating goals for a few decades and taking SOME action to achieve them. The keyword is SOME. Well over two years ago something changed the SOME to TREMENDOUS action. I found that action is a key item to achieve the goals I've set which leads me to bio. I've been with uncle sam for awhile and had my eggs in one basket and during my studies I've realized successful people have multiple avenues, baskets, streams and opportunities. I've been studying real estate since I was 10yo riding around with my grandpa driving for dollars. Over the years I've bought and sold, analyzed deals and in 2016 I became a licensed RE Agent in Georgia. I've been an active RE Investor since 2015 with a focus on deals. In 2016, my RE studies and personal development increased and I established a niche. So I have laser focus on small multifamily deals which brings me to the present.
