About myself
I am a NJ investor looking to get started by owner-occupying a duplex. Currently, I'm looking to invest and learn in northern New Jersey (Edison, Fords, Woodbridge areas). Long-term, I'm looking to promote a buy and hold strategy focusing on multi-family units in high growth markets. By day I work as a Private Aviation Consultant for Jet Aviation at the Teterboro Airport. Additionally, I am completing my MBA in Marketing online through Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
