Thank you for visiting my profile. My wife(Kim) and I have been living in the Caribbean for the past nine years. Kim is a charter boat captain and I am a private airplane charter pilot. We will be moving back to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina this fall(2016) to be close to family and home where I grew up. We have inactive real estate brokers licenses in Florida and South Carolina. We are getting ready for our move by educating ourselves and have jumped into BiggerPockets feet first to learn more about real estate investing, especially in the Myrtle Beach area. We are looking forward to meeting other BP friends when we get there. Please write us to say hi or if there is anything we can do to help anyone. I'm sure going need it:-)
