About myself
Independent IT/management pro who's always had an eye for real estate, but for some inexplicable reason, have yet to pull the trigger. Long-term goal is large multifamily, senior community development, and (maybe, thanks to the BP Podcast) Section 8. I can't dwell on the fact that I should have bought in ten years ago; I can just change trajectory and start NOW!
