Kou Khang

I've spent the last decade as an entrepreneur, mostly running grocery stores and a laundromat just for good measure. When the economy tanked I found myself bleeding red from every corner and decided to admit to myself the writing was on the wall. It was time to get out of the business and try something that didn't require 80 hour weeks. After a few years of stalling I found this forum and listening to the podcasts have convinced me to finally make an attempt at real estate. Reading all of those REI books did me no good if I would never even take a stab at seeing if I could actually pull it off. Besides, my wife has been telling me to stop talking about it and do something about it.
