My wife and I own a home in which we rent a room out, with plans of owning more homes to rent out in the Everett, WA area. I always enjoy looking at houses by going through open houses and using redfin's agents. It has become a hobby of mine. I thought I wanted to be a real estate agent but that's not the case, I want to become an investor in real estate as my primary investment means. The addition of two babies in the house within a two-year timeframe has given more conviction to start my real estate investment journey. I am hoping to support my family and have two kids go through college or do what it is they desire.
