A simple person who has grand dreams of getting to enjoy her family while earning as much passive income as possible. Experience: I accidentally wholesaled my first deal in December and I’m in the process purchasing a rental property to BRRRR in centeral Illinois. Real Estate Goals: Like most here one of my goals is to obtain financial freedom through real estate investing while maintaining my current full-time job. Purchase at least one property a year for the first two years and then scale up to build a portfolio of a minimum of twelve properties. Establish a clear cut process when acquiring properties to allow me to focus on one area and become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in that arena. My ultimate goal is to push past my fears and naysayers to create my own fabulous destiny as a Real Estate Goddess while simultaneously inspiring, mentoring and employing other woman along the way.
