Kim Vandermark

Over the past four years, we (husband and I) have purchased several properties, most of which we hold as rentals. We plan to continue building our portfolio with the goal of leaving our full-time jobs in the near future. Presently we own three duplexes and two fourplexes, all in Lackawanna County, PA. For 2020, we have set a goal of purchasing 20 more doors. My ultimate goal is to purchase a large building that can be used for supportive housing for women and children, helping women who are trying to improve their situations.
