I am a new investor and am now at 15 doors and all closing in the middle of this pandemic!!!! I own two duplexes, two fourplexes and a 3 plex all in El Paso. I would say starting is the most difficult part! I am an out of town investor and actually live in Portland Oregon and have put the best team together in El Paso and found my real estate agent here on Bigger Pockets. I have also converted two of the properties into transitional housing men recovering from addiction and released from prison. They are always full, a bit more work for sure but the rewards are over the top!
