About myself
I started out with small DIY projects and now do all trades myself when legally possible. I love going into an ugly property and envisioning the possibilities! I have been able to find deals that make sense when almost all the work is done in house. I love to keep my eye on the homes that sit; that's where I see value! I'm still very new to this industry and am looking for rental management and legal advice. I also do handyman work as well.
