Derek King

Derek began his journey in real estate in his adolescent years as his family was directly involved in several facets of real estate construction. He continued in the military becoming a Special Forces Engineer, establishing himself as a project manager, overseeing “In-theater” construction projects in Afghanistan, Honduras, and Colombia. After the market crash of 2008, while still serving in the military, he began his studies in real estate investing. Brokerage came later as he retired in 2019 from the military and has since taken on the many challenges in both the residential and commercial real estate sales industries. His combined range of interpersonal and leadership skills he possesses from the military, along with his abundance of knowledge in real estate, allow him to achieve his goals and thrive with unlimited potential as an agent/broker. He says, “Making a lifelong impact on the quality of life and happiness for my clients is where I want to leave my mark in this industry.”
