About myself
My name is King Kramer and I am a real estate investor currently based in Dallas. I am investing both locally and out of state. I am focusing on long term rentals with maximum cash flow. I am starting In multi family and looking to scale up to commercial. I am extremely grateful for BiggerPockets and the resources they provide. My goal for this platform is to learn, build relationships and help anyone else however I can. Looking forward to connecting. Cheers 🍻
