I am a very outgoing person and absolutely love my town of Walnut Creek. My wife and I converted our first home into a rental and now we are officially hooked. We are currently undergoing a live-in renovation and I must say, you learn more from the mistakes than from the successes. We always have our eyes open for that next investment and love the possibilities that the bigger pockets community brings.
