I am a structural engineering looking for different opportunities to generate revenue and income. I recognize my 9-5 (no matter what field) will not set me free financially and personally. In an effort to break free, my partner and I started a bakery working out of our home. We quickly realized that we needed a full bakery in order to meet the volumes required to generate an income. We also realized how impractical it was to spend money to build out a space that we rent rather than owned. As such, we've recognized the value of real estate investment, and are looking into REI not only as a solution for the bakery, but also as an additional revenue stream. Hopefully we can learn and help each other grow within this community and beyond.
