Like to grow my enterprise with other people who are interested in doing the same. Would love to live and be financially independent and be out of the rat race of day-to-day job. Have time to live, think and grow rich. Experience: Always learning and being an investor is not as easy as stated from the hype on TV or self-proclaimed gurus. It's important to have the right team and relationship to move towards reaching our goals. I've done a short sale deal in the past (that I am now renting) and am looking to improve my cashflow through multi-units or SFR. Real Estate Goals: Ultimate goal is to be financially independent with a strong cash flow generating so neither I nor my wife has to work a 8-5 job. Currently Seeking: Cashflow and building long-term business relationships with partners and/or businesses.
