I’m a real estate investor based in Florida focused on building long-term wealth through house hacking and creative use of space. I got started by acquiring a triplex using a house hack strategy, living in one unit while renting out the others. I’ve since applied that same approach to my current home, where I rent out bedrooms and also operate an Airbnb in the in-law suite to maximize cash flow. I’m focused on continuing to grow my portfolio with income-producing properties, especially small multifamily and opportunities that allow for creative income streams. My goal is to scale into a larger portfolio while building efficient systems and strong cash flow along the way. I’m always looking to connect with other investors — whether it’s to share ideas, talk strategy, or explore potential deals.
