Kostas Vassalos

Hello Community, I am really excited to be here!! I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast for the past month and i decided to take the next step after all the great advice i have heard from you! Background: My name is Kostas Vassalos and I am a CPA. I graduated from UVa with a degree in Accounting and Finance and I have been working in public accounting for the past two years for a big four company in New York City. I realized that the corporate life does not fulfill me so I am interested in switching over to real estate Investing full time. I am looking to buy my first deal in the state of Virginia. I am currently looking in Charlottesville, Staunton, Waynesboro, Harrisonburg, Richmond but I am open to other areas around Charlottesville. I am looking for a dublex, triplex, quad or a smaller multifamily to have as a buy and hold. I am also looking to connect with other real estate investors around the Charlottesville/Central Virginia area to network and talk real estate and numbers. I can help out with taxes in return for some mentorship or I can work for someone who is active in real estate investing. I am a really quick learner and it is going to be a win win situation for whoever hires me. I am also looking to connect with agents around the area to potentially work together I am pretty active on LinkedIn so reach out if you are interested.
