About myself
My name is Kris and I'm a Belgian real estate investor. Since I want to diversify my investment portfolio, since 1 year I have been rehabbing properties in Florida (Pinellas and Pasco). My LLC also bought a rental SFR in Bartow, Florida. I'm operating out of Clearwater since our 'man on the ground' operates from there.
