Hi I'm Kris I am starting out in real estate investing. I have bought and sold 2 houses myself and been around real estate investing most of my life through my family. I am looking to start my own path toward investing and building a better future for my family. I am looking for buy and hold deals with positive cash flow so I can get away from the daily grind of 9-5.
