Kristan Bates

I'm a married mother of two living in the foothills of California. I currently work for the State of California, Parks and Recreation Department managing business (concession) rental contracts. I've made a few home purchases and sells, and assisted family members with their home sales. My goal is to invest in real estate rentals both in and out-of-state. I financed the buyer of my last home which was a big eye opener to me, that I could get be the bank and charge someone interest! Blew my mind. I caught the real estate bug and am working on acquiring my first rental property, either in California or Tennessee.
