I am an experienced property manager with over 18 years of experience in investing/property management. I have recently started my own property management company, Cozy in KC, that focuses on vacation rental management. My goal is to educate investors from a property manager's perspective so they can make more profitable purchases and better understand the risks of investing in rental properties.
