I am an "accidental flipper" who stumbled upon Bigger Pockets podcasts in the midst of selling/buying our last/current houses. My husband and I purchased our first home for $40,000, raised and homeschooled six children there while renovating it for several years, and sold it for $186,000. We are interested in pursuing more flips and gaining more knowledge about the real estate industry. (Update in Aug 2022: We have flipped another house and purchased a rental home since writing this bio. Hopefully we can add more projects soon!)
