Travel nurse here ready to get my feet wet back home in Arkansas but even my full-price offers on fixer-uppers are being beaten. So, I’m looking in other states. Went to RE school in the early 2000s but wasn’t content with that at the time. However, I’ve never lost interest and, like many newbies, have been stuck in analysis paralysis for years now. NO LONGER! Interested in SFHs or small MFs to start. Currently focusing on Montgomery, AL and possibly Macon, GA due to affordability. Excited!!
