About myself
Buy and hold investor & flipper with long and short term rentals in OK and FL. Own/operate a small construction company that does turns & rehabs for institutional SFR investors in the OKC Market. In my prior life I served as a US Army Ranger, and would love to connect with fellow military veteran investors. Interested in single and multifamily rentals, STRs, flips, construction, creative finance, house hacking, and pretty much anything else related to real estate investing.
