I'm new into investing in real estate (1 year). Currently I'm looking at new markets to invest in and am researching different strategies. My real estate experience so far includes: - Owning a home - Renovating the 1000 sq ft basement in our home to be a 2 bedroom, 1 bath & kitchen basement apartment that we are renting out. - House hacking our home to rent out an extra bedroom as well. Plans for my investing future: - Looking to B.R.R.R.R. outside of Utah - Buying long term single family home turn key properties outside of Utah - Short term rentals (Airbnb) in Utah or out of state I love to connect with other investors!
