I have been investing in real estate for 14 years. I currently have 2 rentals in the Phoenix Metro area, 1 in Orlando area and 5 in Tampa area. I love finding and analyzing new markets. My professional expertise and background is in heavy civil construction and land development (20 years). Experience: Real estate investor for 14 years, my wife was a licensed real estate agent in Arizona for a few years, and we have managed most of our own properties since the beginning. Real Estate Goals: Buy & Hold. Short term goal is to slowly expand while improving our portfolio through 1031 xchanges.
