Grew up around Commercial Real Estate since my high school days. I eat, sleep, and breath real estate. Started off on the maintenance side of real estate, then branched out and started my own firm. Made my first purchase in 2011, flipped a couple houses in my early days, and continued to grow the portfolio from there. Focusing on larger apartment complexes throughout the Midwest.
