Real Estate and Business Experience: I'm a recently retired career Marine. I spent most my career in recruiting and gained a tremendous experience in sales, training, and quality control. However, I'm now able to execute on my real passion, which is real estate investing. I currently own a portfolio of single family homes in the Portland Oregon area. One of the properties is zoned multifamily and I'm currently in process of developing it into apartments. I joined Rod Khelif's coaching program last year to rapidly accelerate my learning curve in the multifamily industry. In addition to the business skills I gained as a Career Recruiter and Real Estate Investor, five years ago my wife and I founded and still own a successful childcare business that operates out of my single family homes. The business has earned a gross income of over $1,000,000 since opening in 2014 and continues to thrive.
