I wanted to invest for the long term. I'd like to learn how to invest in rental properties from single family to multi family. I have owned a couple of single family rental since 2005 and have ups and mostly down ever since. I have made a lot of mistakes but I am not regretting making them. With my wife and kids on my back I am now focusing on learning to invest in multifamily and is interested to connect with fellow investors who have the same mindset.
