First off, I am new to the whole real estate scene. I have always been interested, yet never took the plunge. I am finally at a point in my life in which I believe I am ready. I do have background in construction, along with a business background. I am currently working in the chemical industry. I enjoy my job, but would love to be able to be at home more often with my wife (prego) and kid (s). I look forward to meeting/networking other individuals in the same boat as I, and hopefully a mentor or two.
