Have owned & sold residential property & land, have had my real estate sales agent & brokers classes & am seriously considering getting my RE license now that KY RE Commission provides the required O&E insurance at a very reasonable yearly premium. Wanting to do wholesaling, multi-family (5+ units) RE renovation to hold for passive income, plus commercial RE.
