I’m 23 and just starting my real-estate adventure! I’m a full time technician in local 150. I have a very well paying job and have the ability to fund my first couple properties with my own money. I do not know exactly where to start so any advice I’m open to. The more I know the better. Long term goal is to have multiple rentals solely retirement. Short term id like to quit my job and go full time rehabbing and wholesaling!
