Hello, and thank you for taking the time to view my page. I am a rather young investor, and have no personal experience. However, my father has owned his own business, took a small step into real estate, and is currently paying the house we live in now off a tenant who lives in the basement, my rent, and his savings. However, we have a decent amount of cash available. I am looking to build my Core 4 and I’ve been advised Bigger Pockets is the way to go.
