I’m in the Cleveland area looking to get started in real estate. I am currently a commercial claims adjuster for a local insurance company. I’ve spent the last 7 years as a claims adjuster with a brief interval as an insurance sales agent for about a year, we did home, auto and life insurance. I’ve always had a desire to become an entrepreneur in some way. The more I learn about real estate the more I want to get involved. Right now I’m trying to learn as much as possible and gain some connections before I start buying properties. I’m pretty sure I know which technique I’d like to use but I could use some guidance on how to beat implament this plan. I would eventually like to gain enough properties to go down to part time at the rat race or even retire early if possible.
