I'm a 35 year old prospective rental real estate investor. In November of 2017 I moved back to Rapid City from Sanford, Florida where I hired a property manager to rent my home out while I decided where I would stay permanently. Although I've thought about real estate since I was a teen, it was only then that I realized what a great opportunity this is. I have since sold my home in Florida and am looking to invest in local small single family, duplex and triplex properties. My goal is acquire one single family and one multi-family property by the end of 2019, cash flowing a minimum of $700 per month. I would love to talk with other local real estate professionals!
