In 2013 I started working for a prominent exterior remodeling company (windows, doors, siding, roofing, etc) in a sales role and worked my way up to a managerial role in short order. Being in the "business" I have developed a lot of contacts with various materials vendors as well as various contractors which I figured I could then parlay into real estate investing. Experience: Purchased my first SFR rental property in the summer of 2017 through private lending. Purchased my 2nd SFR rental property in the summer of 2019 through private lending. Real Estate Goals: Acquire 1-2 SFR/multifamily rental properties per year so that my wife and I can quit our day jobs and do this full time. Currently Seeking: Investment/rental properties in Dallas, Collin , or Fannin county.
