I was active duty military and recently transitioned to the national guard here in Alaska. I grew up and graduated from Palmer and now live in the Soldotna area. I am a real estate agent that loves the investment side of real estate whether that be short or long term rentals. I own a 7-plex in Kenai that I use as a short and long term rental depending on the season and I have managed other short term rentals at a lodge on the Kenai. I am experienced in running numbers and comparing properties based on cash flow and other factors that would make for a good investment. Personally, when it comes to investing, I am looking to continue expanding my investment portfolio by acquiring more buy and hold properties with the long term goal of having a stable income through rental properties that will provide my family with financial freedom.
