I work in non-profit finance for my 9-to-5, and have inherited investment properties outside of my current state. Ready to become an active investor and build my portfolio of deals in residential real estate in the PA and DE areas. I'm interested in partnering (I bring the deals + ties to experienced contractors - you bring the financing piece and watch the returns roll in!), and eventually, becoming a full-time investor with the rat-race in my rear view. I like to JV on flips, and otherwise bring wholesale (assignment of contract) residential off-market properties to my buying partners -- specializing in South Philadelphia and the neighborhoods within 19132, 19133, 19134.
