We invest in buy and hold properties. We currently own five units in three states. I self-manage four of these units from a distance. The fifth unit is professionally managed. Three of these units were purchased as a primary residence and then flipped into a rental when we relocated for work. We recently sold a SFH and are looking to flip the proceeds into more multifamily very soon. Last but not least, I am a stay at home mom of two brilliant kiddos. They keep me on my toes!
