I acquired my master’s degree in Economics and Finance and for over 8 years I have been working for one of the top Investment Banks in WNY. A few years ago, I came to the realization my career was not fulfilling anymore and I needed to look somewhere else. My goals have changed, and I was looking for more freedom (time) and early financial retirement (money). I started exploring my options by listening to podcasts, analyzing current market data and applying newly acquired knowledge to my personal situation. I have found my calling “Real estate buy and hold approach" was my answer! In November of 2016 I found a double for sale by owner and that’s how the journey began. Currently, my boyfriend and I have 10 properties (24 doors) and renovating 4 houses at the same time. I’m looking to connect with local and out of state real estate investors and professionals that are as enthusiastic about real estate as I am!
