Freelance Exercise Physiologist who works with business owners/investors (on their health and wellbeing) and part-time real estate investor. I own a few multi-family unit properties in the USA and abroad, I've partnered with a local operator (1500+ deals) and am looking for properties 2-200 doors in SLC, Utah and Columbus, Ohio.
