I’m a Real Estate Acquisition Manager with hands-on experience across residential, multifamily, commercial real estate, and M&A opportunities involving operating businesses and businesses backed by real estate. My work centers around finding and evaluating opportunities, understanding seller motivation, underwriting deals, communicating with brokers and property owners, negotiating terms, submitting offers and LOIs, reviewing financials and P&Ls, structuring acquisitions, and maintaining an active pipeline from initial contact through the acquisition process. I’ve worked with both on-market and off-market opportunities across multiple U.S. markets and have experience with cash acquisitions, seller financing, DSCR financing, equity-carry structures, and other creative acquisition strategies. What I enjoy most is the acquisition process itself: give me the criteria, understand the objective, find the opportunity, work the relationship, analyze the economics, and determine whether there’s a deal. I’m always interested in connecting with investors, acquisition teams, operators, capital partners, brokers, and companies actively acquiring real estate or businesses.
