Lance Lanier

I believe have a diverse skillset that will benefit me in my real estate investing future: I used to practice law in the areas of commercial litigation and collections (my license is currently inactive). I am an operations manager for a federal government agency. I've run a successful engineering consulting business with my father for the past ten years. We are likely going to wind that business down in 2017 which is one of the reasons I'm beginning a real estate investing venture. I am an amateur woodworker and have done most types of home renovations myself. I'm fairly confident in my renovation skills, but I am humble enough to know how that I should leave some jobs to the professionals. I am also a disabled veteran so I tend to move a little slower on cold rainy days.
