Does anyone else struggle with talking about themselves or is it just me. I don't know why, I guess because I don't want to come across boastful but here goes... I am adventurous (willing to enter boarded properties alone), hard working (have gone 72 hours without sleep while scouting and packaging deals), skilled (have been hands on in thousands of real estate transactions), student of life. I am looking forward to meeting fellow investors, sharing and learning from the experiences of others. The one thing I learned about myself is I am more empathetic than one should be when acting as a landlord. I have had no problem dealing with non-paying tenants of other people's property (OPP), but fall for every sob story when it comes to my own. With that said, holding is not an exit strategy for me.
