During the day, I am a Business Systems Analyst for the largest vacation rental company in America managing 10,000+ properties. My role involves developing business processes and technical solutions that increase revenue, inspires employees and empowers our customers. My passion lies in commercial real estate investing due to the obvious advantageous: Cash Flow, Equity Build Up, Economies of Scale, Tax Advantageous and Community Impact. However, the end goal is creating value by serving anyone we come into contact with and positively influencing the communities our group operates along the way. I look forward to chatting with new (or seasoned) investors and anyone else in between.
