I have worked in education for over 20 years. I live in Los Angeles, CA, but find real estate prices out here insane--especially to buy and hold. I want to purchase single family residences and/or multi-family rental properties in Albuquerque. I have family in Albuquerque so I'm in the city multiple times in a year.
