Hello everyone, I'm a recently divorced mother of four children two grown and one adolescent and one toddler. I've been a stay at home wife and mother for three years now, I have always had a huge interest in real estate investing since the Carlton sheet days however I just did not have the funds to purchase any of his courses so I waited for a few years and became a mortgage loan officer for a Lil mom and pop outfit here in minneapolis, I did very well in till the market crumbled nevertheless I always found my self wanting to invest. It wasn't in till recently I came across wholesaling real estate and boy when I say this has had me extremely excited about the business I mean it really has me excited. So as a newbie wholesaler I'm really happy about being here and receiving as much information as possible.
