I’m new to real estate investing. I’m currently at the learning stage. I currently rent and do not own any property, yet. My goal this year is to buy a small MF property in Chicago in the Englewood neighborhood within one-mile of 6300 S Halsted or in the same in the West Woodlawn community within 5 miles of UofC.
